Talk Club of Agricultural College, Warangal organized a guest lecture

The Talk Club of Agricultural College, Warangal organized a guest lecture on 13th August, 2026 at the Agricultural College, Warangal on the theme “From Seed to Success – Cultivating Communication for a Fruitful Future.” The programme was organized with the objective of creating awareness among students about the importance of effective communication, confidence building, interpersonal skills and personal development for achieving success in academic, professional and personal life.

The guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Acharya Ravi Kumar Veludandi, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Teacher Educator and Counsellor and founder of Care & Cure. The session focused on the significance of communication skills in developing self-confidence, nurturing relationships and creating opportunities. The speaker emphasized that effective communication is an essential skill for students to express their ideas clearly, interact confidently with others and prepare themselves for future academic and professional challenges.

During the session, Dr. Acharya Ravi Kumar Veludandi shared many success stories and thought provoking quotations for building confidence and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships. He encouraged students to continuously to develop their skills and adopt a positive and growth-oriented approach towards their personal and professional development.

The interactive session provided students with an opportunity to understand the importance of confidence, effective communication, presentation skills, leadership qualities and personal growth. The speaker also motivated the students to identify their strengths, overcome barriers and make consistent efforts towards achieving their goals.

The programme was conducted from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students and members of the college. The session was informative, interactive and motivating, providing students with practical guidance that can contribute to their overall personality development and future career readiness.

The lecture was concluded with a feedback session, during which students expressed feedback on the key learnings, and expressed how the session had helped them gain a better understanding of the life. The session was concluded on a positive note, leaving the students motivated to apply the insights gained in their academic and personal lives. On this occasion, Dr. V. Ravinder Naik, Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Warangal and Er. G. Pragna (Dept. of Agricultural Engineering) and the Talk club In-charge, Dr. N. Kishore Kumar (Dept of Agril. Extension) and Officer In-charge of Students Affairs along with college students (65 Nos.) and 10 student facilitators of the club participated in the programme. On this occasion, the teaching staff and students felicitated Dr. Acharya Ravi Kumar Veludandi.
