The birth anniversary celebrations of the renowned Telangana poet and people’s writer, Sri Kaloji Narayana Rao, were held on 09.09.2026 at the Agricultural College, Adilabad. The programme was attended by the teaching and non-teaching staff members and students of the college. On the occasion, Associate Dean and other staff members garlanded the portrait of Sri Kaloji Narayana Rao and paid floral tributes as a mark of respect and remembrance.

Speaking on the occasion, Associate Dean, Dr. Y. Praveen Kumar, highlighted the greatness, life, literary contributions and social service of Sri Kaloji Narayana Rao. The Principal explained how Kaloji dedicated his life to the welfare of society and raised his voice for the rights and concerns of common people through his writings and public service. The programme served as an opportunity to remember and honour the valuable contributions of Sri Kaloji Narayana Rao and to inspire students to follow his ideals of social responsibility, humanity and service to society.
