Participated as a Resource Person in the Mission on ATMA Nirbhayan Programme on Pulses organized by the Department of Agriculture

Dr. P. Archana, Coordinator, TRVK, Jogulamba Gadwal, participated as a Resource Person in the Mission on ATMA Nirbhayan Programme on Pulses organized by the Department of Agriculture on 10-09-2026 at Bukkapuram village, Alampur Mandal, and Dharmavaram village, Yerravelli Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District. During the programmes, she created awareness among farmers on contingency crop planning for early Rabi and subsequent Rabi seasons, with emphasis on suitable crop and varietal selection, timely farm operations, and strategies for minimizing weather-related risks. Delivered a technical session on Integrated Crop Management (ICM) and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices in Redgram, explaining improved crop management, regular pest and disease monitoring, and adoption of need-based pest management measures. The programmes were attended by Sri G. Shiva Nagireddy, ADA, Alampur; Smt. Ch. Anitha, MAO, Undavelli; MAO, Yerravelli; AEOs of Alampur Division; AEO, Dharmavaram Cluster; Smt. Sai Laxmi, ATMA Chairman; and other departmental officials. A total of 75 farmers participated in the two programmes and benefited from the technical awareness.
