Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan- an Anti Drug campaign & Rally was taken up by NSS Unit, College of Agriculture, PJTAU, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad on 25.06.2026.

As part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (Drug-Free India Campaign), the NSS Unit of College of Agriculture, PJTAU, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad organized an Anti-Drug Awareness Campaign and Rally to educate B. Sc (Ag) students and the staff about the harmful effects of drug abuse and substance addiction. This programme was organized under the guidance of Dr. C. Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean, College of Agriculture, PJTAU, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from NSS volunteers, a total of 528 students, faculty members and staff, who carried placards and raised slogans promoting a drug-free society. The campaign aimed to create awareness about the physical, mental, social, and economic consequences of drug consumption while encouraging youth to adopt healthy lifestyles and positive habits by spreading the message of a healthy, addiction-free India. NSS Programme Officers Dr. M. Prameela, Dr. D.Kalpana, Dr.A. Geetha, Dr. Shekhar Kaluvala and Dr. M. Rajashekhar were coordinated this programme.
