Hands-on Training on Cerification of Foundation/ Certified Seed Production

A hands-on training programme on the use of the SAATHI Portal for certification of Foundation/Certified Seed production was organized by the Director, Agricultural Research Institute (ARI), Rajendranagar, on 21.07.2026, with the support of Dr. Prudhvi, Seed Certification Officer, Telangana State Seed & Organic Certification Authority (TSSOCA)

The Director, ARI, addressed the participants and emphasized the importance of the SAATHI Portal in ensuring transparency, traceability, and efficient digital management of Foundation and Certified Seed production. Dr. Prudhvi, Seed Certification Officer, TSSOCA provided practical demonstrations on the operation of the portal, including online registration, data entry, payment, seed production monitoring, inspection procedures, and report generation.

Breeders and scientists who involved in seed production from various research units of ARI were actively participated in the programme and gained hands-on experience in the effective utilization of the SAATHI Portal for seed production and certification activities.
