Birth Anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar on 14.04.2026 celebrated at Agricultural College

On 14.04.2024, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s 135th birth anniversary was celebrated at Adilabad Agricultural College. Teachers and students participated in this program and offered floral tributes to the portrait of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.  

Dr. Kasbe Sudhanshu Sudhakar, Assistant Professor, spoke and requested that students internalize the teachings of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar by reading and analysing his thoughts from his original writing, speeches and other literature as it would be a great gesture of gratitude to society.  

In this program, Dr. G. Anil Kumar, Assistant Professor, mentioned that we all know him as the father of the Indian Constitution. But his efforts are not limited to that alone. He was a very talented individual. He was a politician, social welfare activist, lawyer, and economist. He always fought against prevalent injustices in Indian society. On this occasion, books on “Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar writing & speeches” published by Govt. of Maharashtra were submitted to College Knowledge Management Centre (KMC), Adilabad.

Students R. Vaishnavi, Sushma Teena, R. Chander, N. Nagamani (PD) and others students and Non-teaching staff expressed their gratitude and need to imbibe the ideology of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in our daily lives.
