Birth Anniversary Celebrations of Sri. Kaloji Narayana Rao at AGC-Nizamabad

Agricultural College, Dichpally, Nizamabad celebrated the Birth Anniversary of Sri Kaloji Narayana Rao, popularly known as “Praja Kavi”, on 09 September 2026 with due respect and enthusiasm. The programme paid tribute to the renowned poet, writer and social activist for his remarkable contributions to Telugu literature, social justice and Telangana’s cultural heritage.

The faculty members and students paid floral tributes to the portrait of Sri Kaloji Narayana Rao and recalled his valuable contributions and inspiring life. The importance of his ideals of social responsibility, equality, justice and service to society was highlighted.

The programme also recalled his inspiring message, “Birth is yours, death is yours, but the remaining life is for the country,” encouraging students to dedicate themselves to the welfare of society and the nation.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
