Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem has conducted a diagnostic field visit at Papakollu Village, Julurupadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 12.10.2026. The Senior Scientist & Head of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Bhadradri Kothagudem, Dr. T. Bharath along with the Assistant Director of Agriculture (ADA) and Agriculture Officer (AO), conducted a diagnostic field visit in response to complaints received from farmers regarding problems with cotton crops due to suspected cotton seed-related issues. During the visit to Papakollu Village, Julurupadu Mandal the team inspected the affected cotton fields and identified symptoms of Tobacco Streak Virus (TSV). Suitable management measures and recommendations were provided to the farmers to minimize crop losses and manage the disease effectively.
