Organized a training programme-cum-distribution of inputs under the Natural Farming Project

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem, organized a training programme-cum-distribution of inputs under the Natural Farming Project at the KVK premises on 05.10.2026. During the programme, Sri. Shoban Babu, Assistant Director of Agriculture (Technical) and Nodal Officer for Natural Farming, briefed the participants on various natural farming products and explained the objectives and activities of the Natural Farming Project. Dr. T. Bharath, Senior Scientist and Head, KVK Bhadradri Kothagudem, highlighted the importance of natural farming and emphasized the role of soil health management in promoting sustainable agriculture.

As part of the practical session, natural farmers actively participated in the preparation of Jeevamrutham, a natural farming input. Subsequently, the farmers shared their experiences, practices, and insights on natural farming. At the end of the programme, drums, pulse powder, and jaggery were distributed to 20 natural farmers from different mandals of Bhadradri Kothagudem district to facilitate the preparation and use of natural farming inputs.
