Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, PJTAU visited the Green Graduation Programme Planting Block at College of Agriculture

On the occasion of World Environment Day i.e on 5th, June, 2026 Prof. Aldas Janaiah, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor has visited the Green Graduation Planting Block situated at Students farm, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. He interacted with B.Sc. (Ag.) students cum NSS Volunteers on planted Coconut trees with their characters, after care and maintenance of trees by the concerned students further. He emphasized the importance of protecting Nature and climate with Greenery in the Campus. In this programme University Officers Dr. G.E.Ch. Vidya Sagar, Registrar and Dr. Ch. Venugopala Reddy, Dean of Students Affairs, PJTAU, Hyderabad were also graced the occasion. This programme was coordinated and organized by Dr. C. Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean and the National Service Scheme (NSS) Units Programme Officers, Officer Incharge Students activities and green graduation committee members, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar. Head of the Departments, Teaching, Non-Teaching faculty, functionaries and 2025 admitted B.Sc.(Ag.) first year students about 483 were participated.
