College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar Organized Free Dental Awareness

The College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, successfully organized a Free Dental Screening and Awareness Camp on May 16, 2026, at the University Health Centre for the benefit of students and staff of PJTAU. The programme was inaugurated by distinguished University dignitaries Dr. A. Janaiah, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dr. G. E. CH. Vidya Sagar, Registrar,  Dr. Ch. Venu Gopala Reddy, Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. K. V. Ramana Rao, Dean of Agril. Engineering & Technology, Dr. Chinthakindhi Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean, College of Agriculture.

The camp was conducted under the supervision of Dr. V. Hemalatha, Officer In-charge, University Health Centre, with support from Lune Dental Studio, Attapur, and the NSS Unit. Around 100 beneficiaries participated in the camp and received comprehensive dental screenings, personalized oral health consultations, and guidance for further treatment wherever necessary.

The initiative successfully achieved its objective of promoting oral health awareness and providing accessible dental care services within the university campus, further strengthening the role of the University Health Centre in campus wellness activities.
