Rythu Nestham Live video conference Programme (Episode-88 Date: 31-03-2026)

The 88th  episode of the ‘Rythu Nestham’ Live Video Conference was conducted on 31-03-2026 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon at the Electronic Wing Studio, ARI, Rajendranagar.    The programme began with the sharing of experiences by young progressive farmer    Sri.  Sandeep from Bhuvanagir District on Vegetables cultivation by Natural farming. Sri.Tummala Nageswara Rao, Minister for Agriculture requested the farmers to practice natural farming and save soil fertility and improve organic matter content in the soil. Sri.K.Surendra Mohan, APC explained about soil health volunteers training one per each village to create awareness among farmers about soil test analysis and its importance for better crop yields. Dr.M.Yakadri , Director of Extension, PJTAU briefed farmers about Cultivation of  Soybean after Paddy in uplands .Progressive farmers from Gadwal , Mahabubabad, Nizamabad districts shared their experiences about natural farming and Nano Urea usage in Paddy and Maize.

The programme was presided over by Dr. M. Sreenivasulu, Principal Scientist (Agricultural Extension) and Coordinator, Electronic Wing. Officials from the Directorate of Agriculture and other agriculture and allied departments participated in the event. Around 45,000 farmers from 1,582 Rythu Vedikas across the state attended the programme
