Agricultural Information and Communication Centre & Press
Established in 1969, the Agricultural Information & Communication Centre (AI&CC) and University Press serve as the central communication unit of the University, dedicated to disseminating reliable and timely agricultural information to farmers, extension personnel and other stakeholders.
Mandate
- Processing and disseminating the latest scientific information generated by the University
- Publishing a wide range of extension literature and educational materials
- Providing information and communication support to all major University programmes and outreach activities
- Ensuring that research outputs reach farmers and field functionaries in clear, practical and user-friendly formats.

About Agri Info Hub
Agri Info Hub depicting the latest agro-technologies, activities and research findings of PJTAU was established for the benefit of visitors, students, farming community and other clientele at ground floor of administrative office, Rajendranagar. A showcase of university activities and technologies with an eye-catching display of updated information for info seekers, which is a single window delivery system/one stop solution provides all the latest information. The lineup of high-tech display includes traditional and modern farming, university mandate, monoliths of major soils of state, Agriculture in Telangana, PJTAU at a glance, Agricultural Education, crop improvement, production and protection, NRM, Farm Mechanization, Community Science, PHT and value addition and Transfer of Technology. To add to the already commendable lineup of diverse themes mentioned above, there is an eye grabbing innovative and integrated model depicting implementable agro technologies in rural landscape that was conceptualized and displayed at the center which is rated in high regards by the visiting officials and farmers. The destination became a standout center where it culminated a positive image in the hearts of the visitors by showcasing the thriving ecosystem of the University.
