TRVK, Siddipet conducted Training programme on Soil test based fertilizer application in different crops at Venkatapur Rythu vedika, Siddipet Rural (M) on 05.03.2026 under ATMA in collaboration with Agricultural department. Dr. Ch. Pallavi, TRVK, Coordinator & Scientist explained about fertilizer recommendations to be followed in maize and paddy based on the soil test and advised the farmers to go for testing the their soils for adopting soil test based fertilizers application ultimately conscious use of fertilizers. Efficient use of plant nutrients through chemical fertilizers and organic manures is a good means for increasing productivity and profitability of maize and paddy at the same time cost of fertilizers has gone up and their optimal use is required. In this programme, Smt. Padma, ADA (Siddipet), Sri. Naresh, MAO, Siddipet Rural, Smt. Navya, AEO, Venkatapur, Sri. Chandrababu Naidu (IFFCO District Manager), BTM (Bhavani Prasad) and 50 no. of farmers have attended.
