Rythu Nestham Live video conference Program (Episode-50 Date: 08.04.2025)

Rythu Nestam Live video conferencing 50th episode was conducted from Electronic Wing Studio of PJTAU on 8-4-2025 from 10.00 AM – 11.30 AM. The programme started with the topic on Importance of Soil testing, methods of soil testing and use of soil test based fertilisers for better soil and crop health by Dr.M.Rajeshwar Naik , Principal Scientist [Soil Science] AICRP on Forage Crops ,ARI , Rajendranagar followed by Summer Flower crops cultivation practices to be adopted for better yields by Dr.S.Praneeth Kumar, Scientist [Crop Physiology] Floriculture Research Unit ,SKLTHU, Rajendranagar Hyderabad. Later Dr.M.Kishan Kumar , Director of Extension, PVNRTVU Hyderabad explained farmers on management Cattle during Summer season . At the end the questions from farmers answered by three experts. The programme was attended by Dr.M.Sreenivasulu, Principal Scientist [Extn] Electronic Wing and staff Electronic Wing ,Officials of Department of Agriculture from Directorate of Agriculture and officials of line departments and about 13000 farmers from 566 Rythu Vedikas participated in the programme across the state.
