Organized Mass pledge against ‘Drug Abuse’ on 13th August, 2025" at Agricultural College, Adilabad

Agricultural College, Adilabad organized Mass pledge against ‘Drug Abuse’ on 13th August, 2025 under Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan to create awareness among the students about the ill effect of drugs. The programme started with introductory remarks by the Dr. Sreedhar Chauhan, Associate Dean, who addressed the students on increasing problem of substance abuse at alarming ratio especially among young adults, apart from the long term damage to the body, causes many ill effects in family and society. Later, the pledge against ‘Drug abuse’ was taken by all students & staff of Agricultural College, Adilabad. In the programme Dr. G. Manjulatha, Professor (Agro.) & Officer In-charge Student Affairs (OISA), Dr. G. Anitha, Assoc. Professor (Ento.), Dr. M. Sunil Kumar, Asst. Professor (Hort.), G. Anil Kumar, Asst. Professor (GPBR), Dr. Kiran Reddy, Teaching Associate (AEXT), Dr. Jayachandra Reddy, Teaching Associate (SSAC), Dr. Rathod Sunil Kumar, Part Time Teacher (AENG), Mrs. Nagamani, Physical Director and Sri. A. Hareesh, Superintendent along with Non-Teaching staff and 1st & 3rd year B.Sc. (Hons.) Ag. students actively participated. This programme formally concluded with vote of thanks
