KVK, Bhadradri Kothagudem attended training programme under ATMA organized by the Department of Agriculture at Pothireddygudem Village, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 16.03.2026.

Dr. T. Bharath, Programme, Coordinator, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem attended training programme under ATMA (Agricultural Technology Management Agency) organized by the Department of Agriculture at Pothireddygudem Village, Gundala Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 16.03.2026. During the programme, he briefed the farmers about suitable rice paddy varieties, natural farming, integrated farming system, nano fertilizers, and promotion of oilseed crops. Later, he attended an awareness programme on Nutri kitchen garden and backyard poultry for women at Jaggayigudem Village, Gundala Mandal. The programme focused on improving household nutrition and livelihood opportunities for rural women. After the programme, he visited a sunflower crop implemented under the Cluster Frontline Demonstration (Oilseed) to observe the crop performance and guide the farmers. In this programme, Sri. Tatarao, Assistant Director of Agriculture, Agricultural Officer (AO), Agricultural Extension Officers (AEOs), 70 farmers and 40 women participated.
